The first beer brewed on the new site with the new plant. The name comes from Paul Davey M.D. and Graham Dunbavan Brewer and the Steam as we now had a steam boiler to heat the copper. This complex multi layered ale has a floral hop aroma with medium bodied hop, bitter taste with some fruit and sweetness.

500 ml bottle, as RCH On The Tiles, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Bottle conditioned. ABV is 4.0%. Deep golden to orange coloured beer, slightly hazy, low off-white head. Very nice hoppy aroma, notes of tropical fruits. The flavour has a nice balance between the malts (with a hint of caramel) and the distinct and grapefruity hops throughout. Hoppy finish and aftertaste, but not too bitter. Possibly inspired by American pale ales? Anyhow, I like it!

Deep amberish colour, small beige head. Aroma is sweet fruits, bittering hops and quite earthy at the same time. Flavour is sweet fruits and some bittering hops, with earthyness coming weakly in the background.

Pale copper. Grassy hoppy aroma with a light notes of butter. Aromatic but a bit unclean flavour grassy hops and butter. Long grassy aftertaste. Middle of the road session bitter.
