http://www.ravenbeer.com/default.asp?iId=GGIEDM Is a rich velvet smooth, yet clean, dry and crisp pilsner of a pale gold color. The complex mix of hops and malt creates an elegant floral nose and delightful taste that is very drinkable without overwhelming even the most tepid beer drinker. Not overly bitter but just enough of the hop to enjoy their subtle complexities while still enjoying the smooth, and almost sweet taste of the malt. Serve Pendulum in a tall glass to enjoy the carbonated bead and the steady white head that laces the glass and taste why Pendulum Pilsner is a cut above the rest. Malts: 2-row Pale, Munich, Crystal Hops: Bravo, Saaz

A big thanks to Lantz M. for this piece of home. Being born and raised in B'more, MD, I love supporting my home. This beer was a great pilsner and I am proud it's from the old line state. This beer was crisp, clean, and non-metallic. I could drink this all year long. It could be the so-called "you're on an island and get one beer for the rest of your life" beer.
