The beer, a Bohemian-style pilsner, was brewed April 16 at Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling (makers of the fantastic La Bestia Aimable). Pitching in on the project were San Antonio brewpubs Blue Star, on whose traditional pils the El Cinco is based, and Freetail, which should soon be announcing it will be expanding to Houston, along with Faust Brewing of New Braunfels, represented by Ray Mitteldorf, formerly of Two Rows in Rice Village. Water was provided by the Dodging Duck in Boerne.

    dude, you're on the wrong bus- this is the magic bus... . pours a slightly fizgy gold .. medium fine sticky lacing .. . beautiful bitterness .. smooth, refreshing and basically kickass!! .. when i heard about this is was excited, so happy i got to try it!! .. . you did lisa perkins? ya, but don't ask her, she'll just deny it..
