Nice aromas of chocolate malts, molassses, some smoke way in tne back, even some dark fruit as it warmed, flavor is about the same with a nice malt punch and some good bitterness in the finish. Nice mouth feel really smooth, good carbonation, alcohol is barely noticeable. Overall a really nice beer by Rahrs, easily the best i have tried from them yet.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6T82w9rmc8 .. . pours a ddep purple black.. light foam .. smell is awesome, deep tar and burnt molasses .. . similar flavour with dark grape skin, rape skin, very light peat, and roach tar (the good kind) .. . wow, blown away by this- very smooth, charlie brown, and easy to drink for the 8.5% weight- my new favourite rahr!! .. . . When you get past 80 two things happen. 1 you become more intuned with the weather and 2. Corn becomes your enemy!
