Enjoyed at the bar on our first trip there, April 2019. Slightly hazy deep amber colour with a warmer beige cap than others, longer retention and thin creamy lacing. The Brett takes over the smell with some sourness, a little earth, over the caramel and dark fruits. The Brett calms down in the taste, as less sour, but a little more earthy. Quite a nice experience that is different, but still works.
