A unique beer produced by the use of malted barley to compose the total grain bill. The use of barley and wheat malts has ancient roots. However, the fruity, spicy, rich grain character that these malts add to the finished brew is well worth the extra effort. The aroma is mint hops and the mild sweetness of light malt.

Citrus hops, some malt sweetness, with some fruitiness. Golden and clear. Served with little head. Sweet caramel and a nice biscuit flavor that is balanced well with the hops. Seemed pretty flat. A average pale ale type beer.
