So this is happening!!! Preparing for our first bottle release next week! It's the first edition of our annual "Ten Eighty Series" - a single batch only, bigger beer (higher ABV%), that we will release once every winter. This year it's a Belgian Tripel - at 8.2% it has a mild spice character, banana-like esters, a soft malt character and a dry, yet warming, finish. Perfect after any outdoor winter activity! Only 800 bottles available at the brewery only
