No need for black magic with this release, Oak Aged Witching Hour. Our Belgian style Tripel features a clean malt flavor and a spicy, dry character that is fragrant with belgian candi sugar aromas. We then soaked it on oak staves to create more complexity with the barrel flavors created by the staves. The banana and pear fruity esters linger while finishing dry and warming with alcohol

Pours clear golden with a thick and fairly persistent buff head. Aroma produces oaky, toasty, butterscotch and stonefruit notes. Flavor gives toasty malt, oaky, butterscotch, nectarine with a little peach. Texture adds nice body and peppy fizz. Tis now the very witching hour of drinking.
