III "Fruits of Our Labor..." "Amarantha Shrieks" is the evolution of our lambic-inspired beer known as "Amarantha." This iteration is a blend of 2 and 1 year lambic-style ales that were conditioned on top of blueberries and then received an addition of Tahitian vanilla to soften the acidity.
