Brewed in honour of the Bailey’s Taproom 10th anniversary, this is a Belgian Pale aged in Chardonnay casks. Belgian pale ale conditioned on what we initially thought was a brettanomyces strain but after plating it found out it was a funky saccharomyces strain. This beer was conditioned in neutral oak barrels then blended together and dry hopped with El Dorado and Hallertauer Blanc. ABV: 5.5%
