    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

Poured up on tap at AZ Strong Beer Fest 2016 where it exhibits a murky deep copper body that has amber hues and supports nice tan head of foam. The aroma offers up prune and fig notes as well as some molasses toward the end of the draw. The taste has kind of smooth malts, a bit of molasses and then it gets into spicy date and prune like sweet dark fruity esters. To midway it gets a bit more into smooth nectar like residual sugar sweetness that seem like sugar stewed prunes and a smooth sweet fig sensation. This is a solid estery sipper that hides the ABV well.
