A traditional style Irish Red made with pale malt, Caramalt, chocolate malt, and a touch of Munich Caramalt. This ale has a caramel sweetness that fades into toffee flavors. It's balanced with East Kent Goldings and Fuggle hops to make for a smooth sweetness and malt complexity. Fermented with an Irish ale yeast at lower temperatures to keep ester production down and give a tasty malt character.
