Bake That Pie has a blended base of wild ales aged in neutral french oak barrels, containing a range of 8-14 month old beer. We took a whopping 5lbs of fruit per gallon, and a big ‘ol handful of tahitian vanilla beans and tossed them in too. After 4 months of conditioning on fruit and vanilla, we bottled and conditioned for over 2 months. Jammy loganberry pie in a glass!
