NIP” is our richest and most full-bodied beer to date. Brewed in the style of an American Barleywine, it's a special holiday treat that's been aging in our cellars for months. The luscious, velvety texture is balanced with a huge amount of classic American hops... this includes multiple dry hoppings for a heady hop aroma. At 10.5% in alcohol, it's meant to be a slow sipping beer... something to be enjoyed around a fire. Shame that it's so dangerously drinkable and smooth, you'll want to quaff it faster. Served only in draws. Limit two glasses per customer. Special "Brewer's Vintage" bottled versions will also available. Cellarable for up to three years.
