Old Man Winter is a full-bodied, full-flavored winter ale. We brew it with black, dark crystal, chocolate, and pale 2-row malts to create a beautiful garnet color. Generous quantities of Northwest hops add a distinctive flavor complement to the rich dark profile. Malt Profile: Gambrinus 2-row Pale, ESB, and Wheat, Briess Crystal-80L, Chocolate, Roast, and Black Patent.
