Pours wan straw yellow with a thick and frothy snow-white head. Aroma offers tart fruit and yeasty notes with an undertone of fresh malt. Flavor starts weak, but builds up to serviceable tart fruit, earthy, hay and yeast notes. Mouthfeel presents so-so body and average fizz. No rockstar this farmer - but maybe this was from a bum batch, or maybe since this is no longer brewed I got an old bottle.
