A uniquely blended and dry hopped pale ale: 50% hoppy ale primary fermented with Brett Brux 50% hoppy ale secondary fermented with Brett Brux and aged 6 months in oak barrels. This beer represents the changes O’so is going through. Like a caterpillar that spins itself into a cocoon and eventually turns into a beautiful butterfly, we hope you enjoy us spreading our wings and trying new things in uncharted territory. We sure do enjoy the challenge and wish that everyday and be as funky as this beer.

Pours translucent dark apricot with a thin ivory head. Aroma presents tart stone fruit and pomme. Flavor yields tart but slightly sweet stone fruit and a little pomme, plus a touch of fresh malt. Texture provides fair body and fizz. Feel the winds of change.
