Assembly Tardif #1 and Assembly Tardif #2 are made, to different proportions, a Belgian Triple Fermented with Marc De Late Harvest Vidal Of The Vineyard Léon Courville and a stout to oats chips refined to bourbon. Nothing too exuberant, but a superb synergy is emerging.
