Pours hazy, barely translucent dark apricot with a thick, though not long-lasting, porcelain head. Aroma presents tart pomme, tropical and fig tones plus tangy fresh malt. Flavor features tart fruit notes - many kinds of fruit, including fig, apple, apricot, and some other tropical bit. Mango? And is that a hint of grapes? Texture delivers firm body and peppy fizz, going down nicely. Never mind figgy pudding - let's have some figgy beer.
