Brewed in collaboration with Prolyfk Brewing Project, this barleywine is rich with pumpernickel bread crust, candied fruits, and caramel. A big base of Maris Otter is rounded out with Munich, torrefied wheat, and a little bit of dark crystal. A massive amount of English hops brings balance and a touch of orange marmalade

Taps dark chocolate with a fair tan head. Aroma features bourbon, roast malt, caramel and toffee tones. Flavor gives bourbon, caramel, roast malt and toffee - rather on the sweet side. Texture provides viscous body and peppy fizz. Retto a little siram.
