Pours clear honey-amber with a thick but effervescent pale buff head. Aroma delivers tart fruit, mainly apple and cherry plus a little pear, atop an underpinning of whisky, wood and malt. Bold, fruity flavor presents apple, cherry, pear, whisky, woody, and subtle fresh malt character for an enjoyable wild ale that should please even those who are not keen on sours. Good body has plenty of lively fizz. This is noble, and that’s no bull!
