Taps opaque apricot with a good eggshell head. Aroma yields tart pomme and tropical fruit, raw malt, a bit of citrus. Flavor provides tart, slightly sweet and slightly sour tropical, pomme and citrus plus raw malt and a woody note. Texture offers firm body and lively fizz. Worth $11 a glass.
