Pours clear gofdenwith a decent eggshell head. Pear, grape, mango and pineapple riding on a bed of fresh malt. Seriously sour flavor is strongly redolent of white wine, while tropical fruit, pomme, and a little malt peek through. Body leaves a little to be desired, but fizz is strong and fairly persistent. Pucker up to the Chickataur!
