Pours slightly hazy straw yellow with a very thick snow-white head - typical, but acceptable especially for a pils. Aroma presents malty, fruity, and surprising yeasty notes. Fruit contains apple, pear, and a bit of banana. Crisp flavor is not strong but distinctive among pilsners, featuring not just malty and pomme tones but also hay and a bit of yeast. Texture is nothing special, fizz average and body on the thin side. Still, this is a good pilsner. Escape the cage and enjoy a crater.
