A beer for Cersei - who reminds us that everyone who isn't us is an enemy. An exquisite blend of sour ale and Belgian style blonde ale.

Picked up a 750ml bottle at the Beverage Warehouse in Vermont. Pours a massive frothing off-white head and has a clear golden appearance. Lively carbonation. Soapy lacing. Aromas of herbal and grassy hops, some floral notes, a bit yeasty as well as some citrus notes. Flavours are citrusy, yeast, some mild bready malts, grassy and piney hops as well. Somewhat sour in the finish, giving it a drying. Full bodied, similar in feel to a Unibroue beer. Good stuff!

Taps clear solar yellow with a thick ivory head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma offers floral, butterscotch, raw malt and lemony notes. Flavor provides tart citrus, floral, raw malt and subtle butterscotch. Texture delivers firm body and peppy fizz. Fit for a queen.
