Mild in terms of alcohol content and hop bitterness, Anniversary ale is dark in color with a roasty, dry finish. This ale is carbonated with Co2 and nitrogen and is poured very slowly like stout.

As if a cross between the Olde Stone's Old Ale and their Stout, this special seasonal beer has a great opaque black colour with very creamy tan head. It leaves superb lacing, and has an aroma of roasted malts and coffee. Good taste that matches the aroma, leaving a slight warming senstion and pleasant bitteress. Clean mouthfeel and pleasant on the palate. Too bad it's a once-a-decade brew!
