Excellent, and OB favorite. The swing top popped open forcefully, and flung the gasket across the room. Soon after I could see the foam rising, but poured before it had it's chance to ruin the tablecloth. Pours dark brown, almost black with a thick frothy head that eventually winds down to a thin layer over the top. Aroma is sweet, chocolaty, a bit roasty, and grassy. Flavor starts with tons of sweet malt, then turns to roasty coffee and chocolate, then a suprisingly pleasant bitter grassy hop flavor. Very tasty, and I love these monster bottles!
