Oct. 2016: Cask pint at The Shepherd’s Tavern, Mayfair. Copper colour, off-white head. Moderate malty aroma, some fruit. Slightly sweet, fruity (currants) and malty flavour. Decent enough, but the hops are too moderate.

A decent standard bitter dark amber in colour quite hoppy with a sweetish aftertaste , its nothing particularly exciting but is a very reasonable session beer.

Cask. Hazy amber colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is nutty and flowery along with some nectary and wooden hints. Flavour is a pleasant mix of fruity and flowery hops, quite much grass and caramel malts balancing it up. Some notes of cookies also.
