Big citrus hop nose with strong aromas of pine and dough. Poured a hazy red-copper producing a fluffy tan head with layered lacing. Fresh and alive, with a face puckering bitterness that feels good. Drinks big and has a welcoming sipping quality. Fruit flavors of orange, grapefruit and lemon jump over the caramel and bread malt flavors. Resinous pine and a hint of hoppy soapiness. Fantastic beer, I knew Ohio Brewing had it in them. Turns out the gentlemen responsible for this fine treat was the creator of Great Lakes Nosferatu...I do see a wonderful similarity.
