STORY ALOHA. THAT'S WHAT THE HAWAIIAN BARTENDER SAYS. HIS SUPERPOWER IS THE POWER OF ALOHA. HE SAYS IT, AND ALL IS WELL. ALOHA MAKES HIM YOUR BEST FRIEND. ALOHA ALLOWS HIM TO PARTY HARD, WHILE STILL MANAGING TO KNOW EVERYTHING AND KEEP CALM AND COLLECTED. ALOHA, AND MAHALO FOR STOPPING BY. DESCRIPTION HAWAIIAN BARTENDER IS A SHOWCASE OF BRETTANOMYCES, HOPS, AND FRUIT. THE MALT BILL IS DESIGNED TO FEATURE A SILKY SMOOTH MOUTH FEEL THAT HIGHLIGHTS EVERYTHING ELSE GOING ON. AN ASSERTIVE BUT NOT OVERWHELMING TARTNESS COMPLEMENTS THE ACIDITY AND FRUIT FLAVOR FROM THE MANGO, THE PINEAPPLE, AND THE SIMCOE HOPS. THE RESULT IS A REFRESHING BUT FLAVORFUL BEER THAT IS COMPLEX BUT DRINKABLE AT THE SAME TIME

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

12 oz can. Pours hazy dark gold with a big fizzy white head that goes to a thin creamy film that leaves a little lacing.

The aroma is sweet, slightly tart, pineapple.

The flavor is sweet pineapple with a lot of tart sourness and a dry lightly hoppy finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

    Overall, a nice sour.
