Sampled at the Bistro 7th Annual Barrel Aged Festival on 11/10/2012. This sour/wild ale pours a medium brown color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, tart and slightly funky. A medium bodied sour/wild ale. The malts are fruity, tart and sweet. The hops are herbal and earthy. Good carbonation. Nice tart, but still very easy drinking. Touch of fruit and a touch of oak. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is tart.
