50 cl bottle from Systembolaget labeled "North Coast Grand Cru". Intensely fruity and floral. Strange taste and aroma, I guess it’s from the agave juice. Very sweet, not much bitterness. A hint of bourbon. Alcohol is well hidden.

Tasted at the 6th Annual Bistro Barrel Aged Beer Fest on 11/12/2011. This American Strong Ale pours a medium golden color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet with a touch of tartness. A medium bodied American Strong Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are floral and earthy. Decent carbonation. A touch of wood. Also perhaps a touch of oxidation. Nice sipping beer although it’s a touch on the sweet side. Although that is not unexpected considering how this beer was brewed and blended. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
