Bottled@PBF2010. Deep ambery red colour, very small head. Sour cherries, wooden and some earth notes.Flavour is sour/tart, ifruits along with some mild yeast.

Cloudy reddish brown with a small creamy off-white head. Fat aroma of sweet black cherries and blackberries with notes of wood and blueberryjam. Medium-bodied with notes of black cherries, wood, lemon-zest, brett, red new world wine and black olives. Streamlined mouthfeel, low carbonation. Woody and slightly dryish finish of red wine, cherry-skins, wood and mild pepper.
