Pours clear golden with a thick and rather persistent porcelain head. Aroma delivers tart pomme fruit, white wine and fresh malt notes. Flavor presents more sharply tart wine character - seriously making-faces-as-if-entertaining-a-baby tart. Piquant pomme, fresh malt, and a snip of woody hops provide a nice background. Mouthfeel offers firm body if not much fizz. Stop, tap and enjoy!
