Asiatic Sour Ale soured on Apricots with Rice Sugar, Candied Ginger, Peach and Apricot Puree. Stone-fruit sherbet nose, floral backdrop to gummy peach ring and ginger sharpness. Mouthfeel of dried apricots, Riesling and sweet rice. Puckering dry finish of fuzzy nectarine and balancing candied ginger zing.

Pours slightly hazy topaz with a short-lived frothy head. Aroma provides tangy apricot, stonefruit, and fresh malt. Flavor yields full-on sweet peach and apricot with some fruity tartness, plus fresh malt and a hint of resiny hops. Texture delivers good body and perky fizz. Sweet dreams, mwa ha ha ha ha.
