Poured a clear brown with a small but dense head. Aroma was biscuity, sweet caramel and molasses, and light grassy hops. Mouthfeel was very smooth, but seemed thin and almost under-carbonated. Flavor starts sweet and bready, molasses caramel and grain. Finishes lightly bitter, with some grassy hops. Nothing exceptional, but hides the 8% abv quite well.

Pours with a deep amber-red body topped a medium thick head with some lacing. The aroma and flavor is slightly sweet, grassy and malty but weak and herbal. Medium bodied, smooth and dry.
