Anthology Blend #1 is an 8 wine barrel blend consisting of 3 batches, which averaged a year of aging in barrels. After bottling, the beer was allowed to condition for an additional 8 months. Blend details: Barrels 1+2: Lambic inspired beer brewed on 2/8/2017, emptied on 8/16/2018, making up 24.6% of total blend. Barrels 3+4: Rustic style saison brewed on 8/28/2017, emptied on 8/16/2018, making up 26.0% of total blend. Barrels 5+6+7+8: Sour blonde ale brewed on 9/22/2017, emptied on 8/16/2018, making up 49.4% of total blend. Ingredients: malted barley, oats, wheat, aged hops; bottle conditioned with resident yeast and bacteria.
