The first beer any brewer tastes when visiting another brewery is always its pilsner. Unlike other styles, pilsners can’t hide faults behind malt, hops or barrels, and so are a true representation of the brewery at hand. At Moody Tongue, we find beauty in the simplicity of this style and as a brewer we respect the challenge. This is our pilsner, and we are excited to share this with you. As the first beer which any brewer drinks before exploring other styles, enjoy our Aperitif Pilsner to wake your palate before your next meal.

Pours clear topaz with a frothy head that says hello and then is on its way. Aroma features tangy fresh malt and sweet apple. Flavor delivers crisp fresh malt, sweet and slightly tart apple, a tropical hint. Texture yields OK fizz and good body. A nice aperitif.
