Beer obtained with the used “torbato” addition of malto for the production of the whisky Scottish. Rifermentata in stalk or mature bottle where in order at least 4 months. The final alcoholic degree is of approximately 7° in volume. Compact and persistent foam, good olfattiva intensity, golden yellow color, opalescente aspect. Al nose dominates a delicate sentore filled with smoke followed from honey of acacia, herbaceous notes and a light pepper in closing. In mouth confirmation the filled with smoke one of the torba, accompanied from an intense sweet print date from malto and on ending a brought bitter vellutato one from the luppolo cleans up the mouth it prepares and us to an other sorso. Beer of medium endowed body of a good equilibrium and a remarkable persistence olfattiva taste.
