Conversations With Myself was aged for 8 months in Sauvignon Blanc barrels, where it was inoculated with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and multiple strains of farmhouse yeast strains. We fermented it with apricots creating notes of apricots, tangerine peel, lemongrass, and hints of oak and white pepper

Taps hazy peach with a thick and fine buttermilk head. Aroma presents tart and slightly sweet peach, nectarine, citrus. Flavor contributes seriously tart and sour peach and nectarine with traces of fruity sweetness, bits of orange. Texture yields good body and lively fizz. Enjoy a conversation with yourself.
