Taps opaque dark chocolate with a nice tan head. Aroma generates chocolate, roast malt, oatmeal and a bit of bourbon. Flavor supplies roast malt, bourbon, chocolate and oatmeal tones. Texture adds heavy body and peppy fizz. My complements to the chef!
