The Bam Bam Amber is our own take on a traditional Scotch Export Ale. Restrained hop additions let the six grains shine through giving a sweet, roasted malt profile with a hint of biscuit. This single hop ale features Mt. Hood hops known for their delicate wood spice which add just the right touch of complimentary bitter. Assistant Brewer "Bam Bam" gives this brew two broken thumbs up!

Meh. This is the only Migration beer I didn't really dig. Light hops, mostly biscuit malt on the nose, same on the palate with some nuttiness as well as a hint of caramel. Just not my thing.
