an amber beer that very pleasant in the mouth. With a beautiful color (reddish amber) , it combines the bitterness and lightness. Good Thing from jersey

Poured a amber brown with reddish tones colored ale with a small white creamy head that had a long retention. Some lacing. The aroma is earthy whole hops. The flavour is sweet chocolate malts with a slight smoked smell, a nice bitter sensation, hints of licorice. A well done malty/bitter balance. The finish of this medium bodied ale is fairly bitter.
