This is a strong Belgian style golden ale. It uses simple pale malts and sugar syrup with a special yeast to create a warming, very drinkable brew. The yeast adds a touch of fruitiness and subtle spice. It finishes dry and clean, hiding its potency rather well. Be careful, it sneaks up on you! Available in December and January.
