Unique in the world, Marston's pedigree is still brewed in tradional oak casks of the Burton Unions to perserve its individual character, consistent quality and taste. A fine combination of mineral enriched Burton Water, fruity Fuggles hops married with bitter and spicy Golding hops to deliver a distinctive yet beautifully balanced beer.

"Pedigree Pal" - no wait, that's dogfood. Beerhounds will no doubt prefer this standard bitter, which is available all over Britain. Cask conditioned this is a mellow, easily drinkable bitter. Not the very best, but GOOD, to be sure. Moderately sulphurous aroma.
