a couple years on the bottle. Whiskey presence is very light compared to some of the boozy monsters out there. Strong, but no way did you think this was 12%. Light oak and whiskey aroma, more straight forward malt assault with a good dose of bittering hops for a 2-y-o beer. Classic american barleywine for the most part, with the barreling coming through pretty lightly in the flavor too. Nice.
