If you haven’t tried a Belgian beer brewed in the Trappist Monk tradition, prepare yourself for a rush of complex flavors uncommon in customary American brewing. This premium craft beer is a rich deep golden color with a time honored hint of genuine Belgian ale yeast left in for added flavor. The sensation of tastes are characterized as a strong full bodied spicy flavor complemented by a slightly sweet citrus undertone that surprisingly tames the generous 10.8% abv. Authentically brewed with Styrian Golding hops, Pilsner and Munich pale malts and imported Belgian candi sugar.
