Fruit Salad is our ever evolving kettle sour ale that is brewed and aged on locally harvested fruit. The wort is kettle soured for up to 48 hours to reach the perfect amount of tartness and then is fruited in both the brewing and fermentation process. This is our flagship kettle sour and is available during different parts through out the year. Fruit Salad, Yummy Yummy!
