A refreshing, thirst-quenching, kettle-soured ale with fresh peaches added. We’ve added a special blend of lactobacillus cultures to give this beer a pronounced sour character that is balanced out by the sweet flavour of peaches, honey, and bread dough. Enjoy cold and have as a refreshing beer on a hot summer day or let it warm to bring out a pronounced peach aroma and other subtleties. Pair with the Lowertown Smoked Cauliflower Fritters, the Dirty Bird sandwich, Field the Beets salad, the Summer Berry Cheesecake dessert jar, or a patio with some sun.
