Introducing Under One Moon, a collaborative sour project from Long Trail Brewing Company and Foley Brothers Brewing. Created in celebration of our shared space in the Vermont craft brewing landscape, the teams from Bridgewater Corners and Brandon added a hoppy twist to this seasonally appropriate, dry-hopped sour ale. Located less than 40 miles from our brewery in Bridgewater Corners, The Foley Brothers’ facility in Brandon, Vermont, embodies the heart and soul and romance of small-batch craft brewers. Bucolic, rustic and charming, their post-and-beam tap room delivers an authentic atmosphere that pairs well with their highly sought after hoppy offerings like Prospect, Fair Maiden, and a rotating list of beers inspired by the Vermont landscape and their affinity for maritime culture, the latter of which is represented on the can art by the sparkling reflection of the moon over a body of water. Under One Moon features a refreshingly tart, lactic bite. Pilsner malts provide a crips profile with notes of grass and honey to balance the floral, tropical fruit and citrus flavors of Citra, Galaxy and Ella hops. Get your first sip at the Vermont Brewers Festival or catch it on tap at the Long Trail Brewery in Bridgewater Corners or Foley Brothers in Brandon. Look for a limited run of 12oz. cans available at each respective brewery this summer. Grab a taste and transport yourself under the same moon that inspired this intensely flavorful summertime brew.
